It has been more than a year since I celebrated my birthday in this wonderful location. It was not planned at first but we just saw a bunch of locals standing out in front, having wine and decided to give it a try. Fantastic food and service in cozy local ambient with good music. If you like truffles, this is a place to go. All the dishes are really tasty, cooked with love by a nonna in back kitchen. With good local Nobile di Montepulciano wine by the side, you just can't go wrong.

Absolutely unmissable! If you’re visiting Montepulciano and want an experience that feels like stepping into someone’s warm, welcoming home—this is the place.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted not just with hospitality, but with heart. The walls are covered in incredible, artistic graffiti that gives the space a quirky, creative vibe—but it’s the family behind this place that makes it truly unforgettable.
They bring you surprise dishes made with local ingredients, like a perfectly balanced Panzanella that tastes like a Tuscan summer in every bite. And the real magic happens in the kitchen, where the owner’s mom is cooking whatever she feels inspired to make that day in addition to the normal menu items. Her food is soul-warming, rustic, and impossible to replicate. You must—MUST—try whatever she’s serving. It will be one of those meals you talk about for years.
This isn’t just a meal. It’s a joyful, delicious, deeply personal experience. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Go. Eat. Savor. And tell them the person who fell in love with their mother’s cooking sent you.- Wait time

Great fun little restaurant recommended by locals. Food was excellent and it was completely full by 7pm, so get a table early or make a reservation. Alexander was great! Local specialities and very fresh. Highly recommend the truffle of course.

We really loved this place! The man running it is very kind and hospitable. His mom works in the kitchen making fantastic dishes. The pici dish was the best I had in Italy. Love the graffiti on the walls.

We have been traveling through Greece, Sardinia, and now Tuscany, and it was our favorite meal yet. We got the special which was bruschetta with peccorino and fresh black truffle. Homemade tomato soup with burrata. Fresh spaghetti with black truffle and garlic. Rosemary filet and tiramisu to end the meal. Each one was better than anything I have ever tasted in my life! The noodles were what we have been searching for it for two weeks..
The cherry on top was the most wonderful and kind people working there.
Before we left, we made a reservation to come back the next day… something we never do when traveling/exploring.

The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the richness of the Parmesan paired beautifully with the earthy aroma of the fresh truffle. The black pepper added just the right touch of warmth—it was simple, elegant, and bursting with flavor.
My fiancée ordered the beef fillet with black truffle, and it was just as memorable. Cooked to perfection, the meat was tender and flavorful, and the truffle brought everything together in a rich, luxurious way.
What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the owner, who was such a sweetheart. He treated us with such kindness and hospitality—it genuinely felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. That warmth made the entire evening even more special.
